the location was fab! check-in was super easy because they emailed a key safe code. i found a lovely size room filled with plenty of tea and coffee, and the bathroom was huge, i loved it!
there was a slight issue with the parking permits upon arrival.

The hotel is near west cliff leisure centre, it is very convenient. parking became free in january, a good surprise and really reduced costs.

i noticed a bit of wear and tear in some of the fittings. it was minor, but noticeable.
